Ultimate Zion Day Trip
Hike to Angel’s Landing July 6, 2015 Mark D Larsen | ![]() Plugged in for the challenge (Click to enlarge) |
At the end of my last post about hiking in Zion, I stated that I intended to return soon to face the Park’s most daunting challenge: the hike to Angel’s Landing. Today I fulfilled that goal —and even managed to avoid having them rename the site “Devil’s Splatting”! I must say that it was the most grueling hike I have ever attempted, but also the most spectacular, unforgettable, awe-inspiring.

I will definitely have to visit Angel’s Landing again, hopefully in the not-too-distant future, while my Leaf still has sufficient battery capacity to make the journey.
